Question by Breezy3: Does anyone use propay merchant services?
Can you use their services if your entire business is “on the road” with trade shows? I noticed one rule in their contract that might prevent this. Also are they as good as they say they are? Do I need to purchase any credit card processing machine? such as the old “knuckle buster” machine? If not, how do I have a “hard copy” if I am going to process the transaction at home via the internet?

Hello,
I’ve been using ProPay for years for our business. Although we are an online store, Propay has been the only merchant service that I have found to not charge me crash monthly fees. We pay a once a year membership fee and then a very good per transaction fee for each transaction.
They have always been easy to work with as well, when we needed additional limits so we could process more it was just a simple chat with their online chat system and within about 15 minutes our limits were increased.
There is no need to purchase any type of equipment, you can just log into your account online and process your cards. I’ve read that you can also process cards by phone if you are without an internet connection for some reason but I have personally never used that service.
I give them 2 thumbs up!
