This is another scam from “HEATHER WITH ACCOUNT SERVICES.”
This is an off-shore number, typically calling through the internet so it can’t be traced or tracked down. The scam artists associated with “ACCOUNT SERVICES” state they can help you reduce your credit card rate, but this is simply an attempt to sucker an idiot into providing a credit card number, so they can rob the sucker.
If you ever receive a call from an area code with only 2 numbers, such as 062 or 62, rest assured it is from a crook.
I gave up on my answering machine and I simply let these calls to to my FAX machine where the crook might think they are getting a dedicated fax line. Maybe someday, they’ll get tired of calling me (I get several calls per day from Heather) and they’ll simply give up on my.

It’s a good thing you hung up on that scammer. If that person calls again, check your caller ID and ignore her. Never give the scammer any of your personal information at all costs.
