Question by Lady da: Could someone edit this and make it sound professional ? thanks .?
We are continuing to have some issues with our credit card machine . I called merchant services in attempts to resolve the error .Merchant services has stated that it is a connection problem forwarding the issue with our phone company .
An update in our phone systems maybe to blame. The Merchant services representative ,suggested we get an analog line devoted to the credit card machine and a DSL filter to avoid any interruptions while a transaction is being processed.

I assume this is a memo regarding the credit card problems.
I’d decide first if there are ‘issues’ or ‘an issue’. Then refer to ‘some issues’ and ‘the errors’ , or ‘an issue’ and ‘the error.” Is the problem a ‘connection problem forwarding the issue with our phone company”? Or “a connection problem”, and you are “forwarding the complaint to our phone company”?
Maybe to blame? Or ‘may be to blame’? A transaction? Or ‘while transactions are’ ?
Lots of little clean up items here.
